What products do you sell?
We offer men’s shirts, polos, and knitwear — textured polos, camp shirts, and resort-ready styles focused on quality, fit, and everyday wear.

Where do you ship to?
We ship to the United States and internationally. Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout based on your delivery location.

How much does shipping cost?
U.S. orders qualify for free shipping. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

What is your order processing time?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • United States: 7–10 business days after processing
  • International: 10–14 business days after processing

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes. Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at sales@silkrag.com. After that, changes may not be possible if your order has already been processed.

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Email sales@silkrag.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We’ll send you the next steps.

Are there any restocking fees?
No. We do not charge restocking fees for returns or exchanges.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
