How to track your order

1. Check your email
When your order ships, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. That's the fastest way to see live delivery updates.

2. View your order status
If you checked out with an account, log in to view your order history and tracking details:

Guest checkout? Use the order status link in your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email.

3. Contact us
Can't find your tracking email? Email sales@silkrag.com with:

  • Your order number (e.g. #1234)
  • The email used at checkout

We'll reply within one business day with an update.


Before your order ships

  • Order confirmation — sent right after purchase
  • Processing — usually 1–3 business days
  • Shipping confirmation — sent when your order ships, with tracking

If it's been more than 3 business days since you ordered and you haven't received a shipping email, contact us and we'll look into it.
