How checkout works
- Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Enter your shipping and contact details.
- Choose your preferred payment method.
- Review your order and complete your purchase.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your payment is successfully processed.
Payment security
Your payment information is protected using PCI-compliant, encrypted payment processors. SilkRag does not store your full card details on our servers. All payments are handled securely through Shopify’s trusted payment infrastructure.
Billing & charges
- Charges appear on your statement according to your payment provider (e.g., card issuer or PayPal).
- The total charged includes product price, applicable taxes, and shipping (calculated at checkout).
- If a payment fails, your order will not be placed. You may retry checkout or use a different payment method.
Payment issues
Contact us if you experience any of the following:
- Payment declined at checkout
- Duplicate charge
- Charge without order confirmation
- Refund not received after a return
Email sales@silkrag.com with your order number (if available), the email used at checkout, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within one business day.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
